Our system integrates data from multiple sources to create a comprehensive geo-entity knowledge graph, which we use to semantically label datasets from Austrian data portals.
We built a search API that allows users to query datasets based on geo-entities and keywords. To make this wealth of information more accessible to non-technical users, we created a web application that automatically generates visualizations of the datasets, focusing on the nine Austrian federal states.
Our framework crawls CSV files from data.gv.at and opendataportal.at, annotates both the data columns and metadata descriptions, and indexes this enriched information for efficient searching and visualization.
